I have never had a bad experience at zero degrees, HOWEVER this location was definitely the WORST. When I walked in the 2 girls in front (an Asian girl and Hispanic girl with pink hair) were on their personal phones. I ordered a Jasmine milk tea with boba and a flamin hot Cheetos elote without the green hot sauce something I always get. The Mexican girl then said it doesn’t come like that on looked on her screen. I said okay. When my elote was done why was it in a small cup? I try to explain to both girls that it doesn’t come like this and usually comes in the circle trays. The Mexican girl then said they don’t make it like that. When i asked since when? She started never it must be only at the Grand Prairie location only. When I opened the cuz and seen the green sauce, I pointed to it and said this is what I was talking about. The Mexican girl then started she doesn’t make it the cook does. It’s no wonder why this place doesn’t have foot traffic. Honestly save yourself the time and money and don’t bother coming here at all

My husband and I regularly come here just to get the Strawberry Cheesecake drink and add boba. Honestly, most of the time, they forget to put the boba in, but we just ask them and they do it no problem! They also LOAD up the drink so really I have no major complaints. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

This is our favorite boba place. We love the Strawberry Cheesecake drink. We always add boba to it, and the serving is always very generous. Because the Strawberry Cheesecake doesn’t normally come with boba, sometimes they forget to add it, but they’ll always make it right and sometimes give us extra.

I'm extremely frustrated and honestly shocked by the way my order was handled at Zero Degrees. My boyfriend went in to order two Tiger Sugar milk teas and clearly told the employee multiple times that we did NOT want boba balls in the drink. The employee immediately started explaining that the boba is cooked into the brown sugar and that it's a "traditional drink" and that's how it's supposed to be made. We already knew that. That wasn't the issue. My boyfriend again told him we still wanted the drink without the boba. This is a simple request and something we've done many times before at this exact location and at other boba shops. It has never been a problem. Yet somehow the employee still decided to ignore the order and make the drinks the way HE wanted them made. When we got home and started drinking them, both drinks were full of boba even after we clearly asked for no boba multiple times. At that point I called the store because I was extremely frustrated. The first person who answered was actually polite and understanding, but then he asked if I wanted to speak with the person who made the drinks. That conversation made the situation even worse. This was my first time ordering through DoorDash. I placed the order about 15 minutes before heading over for pickup, drove 10 minutes, and still ended up waiting another 10 minutes because they hadn’t checked the system. The Thai milk tea also had A LOT of tiny tea leaves in it, which made it feel gritty and unpleasant to drink. Peach blossom was good!! Update: after checking it again this drink is unacceptable. Wont be back.
